Great central Barcelona location

Excellent staff; courteous and attentive; very comfortable beds. Room size is a bit snug. Rooftop bar and restaurant is super--wonderful 360 view of Barcelona. Menu at rooftop is a bit limited but ok for bar food. Wait staff is not up to the hotel's high standards. Need to be trained. When asked for separate checks, waiter (and on an earlier visit, a waitress) suggested we look over and divide the bill ourselves by marking our charges and charge to our rooms. This should be done by the waiter. Overall, a fine hotel!

Perfect Location

Pros: Quality and location
Great hotel - right across the street from Gaudi's Casa Batllo. About a 20 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia. Rooftop dining was exquisite. A wonderful stay

Beautiful hotel nice location

Love this hotel the staff was amazing, i will definitely be back tio this hotel they we’re so helpful when ever i a question about where to eat. They call my room every to see if everything was ok. If you love shopping perfect location all then luxury stores are around Louis Vuitton Gucci.

I booked a 25 sq m deluxe city view room but got a smaller room. The second day I requested with Hotel then gave me a larger room but not city view, and it is in the last end of the Hotel entire day had machine noice from next. Hotel claimed may Expedia put wrong room size, but I paired more for the 25 sq m room, in stead of 20 sq m room.

Great Selection

Best location for everything...shopping, sites and restaurants. We stayed in their apartment R04. It was huge, comfortable and convenient. You receive all the benefits of the hotels services with room service, cleanings and use of the hotels facilities but you also get a full kitchen, washer/dryer, huge outdoor patio, two bathrooms and a large family/sitting room.

Looks 5star but...

When you book an extremely high rate hotel (350E) expectations are obviously high as well. Started with a line up for registration, waited around 25-30min on a weekday, staff conversing with each other rather servicing guests, ended up in a room bit bigger than the queen size bed with no fan in washroom. Used just once, the roof bar, where we faced a terrible service from the entrance to the exit. Rude waiters, uncoordinated lies about need of reservation etc had made us forget that beautiful BCN scenery for rest of our stay.
