Attentive and friendly staff

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. Last day of my trip I got sick and they had sent a doctor to my room within a half hour. They expressed their concern and sent me ginger tea. I was extremely happy that I decided to book this hotel. Because of their courteous and friendly staff, I was able to get better in time and make my flight back home.

Barcelona hotel

Pros: Staff and location
fantastic hotel, centrally located, with a lovely roof bar with pool and a view of Gaudi's La Pedrera! Surrounded by many shops and restaurants and within easy walking distance of many Gaudi buildings, including La Sagrada. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very good experience. Staff at the reception was really friendly and helpful. Also, the room facility was really good. The famous restaurant was closed during our stay. But even the Bar, or I guess it could be called the Bistro, within its limited range of dishes, served very tasty and delicious food. Very well done.

Best city hotel ever!

From the moment we arrived Omm was perfect. The staff couldn't do enough for us and the hotel relations person was so nice. We then got shown to a perfect room. Rooms are super modern and contemporary with built in Bose sound systems to connect too with smart devices. Our balcony looked over avenue De Gracia where it meets Rossello. Perfect for shopping high end stores as you wander down to Placa De Catalunya. Ideal! Loads do cool spots to eat and drink near the hotel and a gorgeous rooftop pool and cocktail bar. You can view the Sagrada Familia and Other Gaudi buildings from the roof, too. The spa is also incredible and very zen. I think we were the only people in it. Hotel food also amazing as it is ran by a local Michelin starred chef. Slightly pricey but worth a go on one evening. Genuinely one of the best hotels I've stayed in.... Enough said!

The hotel location was very good for our purposes; staff were courteous and accommodating. The concierge/front desk staff provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and places of interest.

Great hotel and close to the action

Pros: Roof top bar.
Cons: We found the lighting in the rooms overly complicated we were not the only ones and the Aircon was rather cool
Location: Designer shopping, good restaurants, fairly close to walk to Sagrada Familia and can see la pedera from the rooftop bar, it' 2 minutes away
Had a great stay , rooftop bar and pool area great spent afternoon and late evenings enjoying the atmosphere bonus was Sting was in the bar one night. Hotel was close to all the designer shops and close to the metro.

Good location but uncomfortable rooms

The room disposition is uncomfortable. Noises could be easily heard from one room to another. Car noises heard a lot in Lower floors facing the road. The hotel staff was very helpful changing the room for us to a garden view hotel but we were still disturbed by the other noises and poor disposition. Staff are very helpful though
