The front desk lady was very welcoming and nice. The room met our expectations. Little details make all the difference - bottles of water at arrival, free toiletries, fluffy and pristine towels. Coffee available for free at the front desk until late. Options of renting a bike. Helpful advise on the surroundings. Would stay again.

Great Location with accommodating staff who made our short stay a pleasure. Able to give us early access to our room and bag concierge on check out. Clean room Comfortable and a location that is superb for the City Centre.

Absolutely wonderful experience! From the check-in throughout our stay to check out, fantastic experience! The concierge went out of their way to help us get a taxi and move our dinner reservation when we couldn't find a taxi on our own. Great location to everything! Highly recommend!

Great walkable location, and also convenient for finding taxis. Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. I felt so welcomed! My first floor (not ground floor) room had a delightful balcony view of the street life below, and was clean and updated. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and beautifully presented.

48 Hours in Valencia - mixed feelings - staff service friendly & good throughout, breakfast excellent, shower just perfect. Negatives - my standard double felt a bit cramped, walls thin, so some neighbour noise from rooms and corridor. Warm days, not feeling 100% on departure after regular use of AC (worked well) to stay cool. The area is attractive, off the main drive so traffic noise limited.

Ear plugs work wonders. I enjoyed my stay at the Petit Palace. Please be advised that the hotel is located in the Ruzafa neighborhood of Valencia which becomes a party place to go and enjoy the festivities during "Las Fallas de Valencia" spring festival in March. And, that is awesome since you are surrounded by the party dynamics. Other than keeping that one detail in mind when I booked my room, I slept like a baby past midnight because ear plugs worked wonders. ZZZzz zzz zz zzzz.

The hotel is in a nice area. It is so easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and interesting, historical sights. The staff are professional and efficient. The buffet breakfast is very good! I strongly recommend this hotel!

Everything was fine with the room, but the noises in the hall made sleeping and rest hard. If it wasn’t the family with the kids, then it was the Italian couple. and when the other guests were finally quiet, then was the cleaning service started with opening and closing of doors and banging around. I miss those double doors we used to see in hotel rooms.

A perfect Valencia stay
We stayed 2 nights at Petit and had a fantastic time, the staff were super-friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, VERY comfortable bed and the shower had all the amenities. The hotel is located near lots of restaurants, bars, bus lines, metro and train station so really ideal. The fact you can get a free bike from the hotel is an added bonus.

It was a great stay! My room was really nice. It had floor-to-ceiling doors that opened up to the street when I want to see and hear the city and was totally quiet when I closed them. The bed and bathroom were really comfortable. The fridge actually worked and there was a safe. Also, the breakfast buffet has great options, like tons of nuts and fruits. They have three free bicycles, which are available about half the time and are just as good as the public bikes. There are bike paths everywhere. The staff is very laid back, helpful, and friendly. The neighbourhood is amazing. This might sound strange, but the area reminds me a bit of Berlin's Kreuzberg and Prenzlauerberg before gentrification. There are tons of small cafes, bars, and stores--even a cafe-bookstore open afterhours.
