Nice city location, clean and enjoyable breakfast!Posted Dec 16, 2017
Pros: Breakfast hours, location
Location: Close to Hospital Clinic metro station, can pretty much go anywhere from there!
Its 2 blocks from Hospital Clinic metro station, which itself is 2-3 stops from Sagrada Familia, so very good location to take the metro. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and the breakfast timings were till 11am, which suited us. This is a great budget option to stay in Barcelona, would highly recommend it!

Stayed here for 3 nights with my teenage daughter. A lovely hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially those on the reception desk. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the roof top pool and jacuzzi are fantastic after a day on your feet in the sun visiting all the sites of a wonderful city. Hospital Clinic metro is a 5 minute walk away so it is easy to get to where you need to be and you can even walk to the Sagrada Familia (approx. 25 mins on foot) or the Ramblas (approx. 45 mins on foot) if you are up for it. All in all I would definitely stay at the Hotel Junior again - great value for the price paid.

Fab 5 day breakPosted Sep 30, 2017
Brilliant location on Metro route to anywhere. Far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Las Ramblas & lots of nice eateries on every corner for lunch or dinner. Great prices in every bar/restaurant, but a little too pricey on Las Ramblas

ideal hotelPosted Sep 29, 2017
Pros: Breakfast, location, rooftop pool and jacuzzi nice staff
I stayed here in June for the first time and have returned in September. It is ideally situated near Hospital Clinic Metro. Situated away from the more touristy parts of Barcelona, I found it great to retreat to at the end of the day. There are ample restaurants, cafes and coffee shops at the doorstep and I got a sense of mingling with the locals more rather than feeling like a tourist. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi are great to look forward to at the end of a day exploring. It may not be the poshest of hotels but it depends what you want.It has a very relaxed atmosphere and as a lone female traveller I felt very safe. There is 24 hour reception where the staff speak english. Easy to find from the airport, get the metro train to red line Torrassa, change at Placa de Sants to blue line then its a couple of stops to Hospital Clinic.Simple!!! and all for 4.50 euros. There is wifi in the hotel which is reliable and air conditioning. Breakfast was ample and scrummy.. All in all this hotel is great for exploring BCN and I shall be returning.

Don't be fooled by the photosPosted Sep 21, 2017
Very tiny room, no space for your luggage. Bathroom sink clogged, tub slippery and rusty. Tiny closet and sliding doors were jammed so unable to store anything inside. Air condition was not working, the control for a/c was at the reception. You needed to call to turn it on but still was not working. Don't waist your money.

Hotel as per descriptionPosted Sep 5, 2017
Pros: no surprises
Cons: AC was not adequate
Location: If you like to walk around and visit i recommend this Hotel. If you like the beach and Bars and nightlife not a good choice.
Room clean, staff very helpfull, breakfast buffet OK, Pool clean. Situation very central but if you like the beach a bit far. Air conditioning is controled by desk at reception not in the room. Not very good if you like colder room. Always have to call reception to put on. This was unpleasant in the middle of the night.
