This is in a very good location. It is near in some of the Landmarks in Barcelona and is in a walking distance. There are so many shops and Restaurant around the area. The rooms are OK it's clean the only downside is that there is no coffee/tea maker in the room.Breakfast could at least be served with baked beans also the tomatoes are served whole instead of slices.The area felt safe.The staff are OK but does not entertain guest nicely and don't really feel welcome.It's like they are there to do the day to day job.

Perfectly located to walk to Picasso museum, Cathedral and Sagrada Familia. Minutes from the metro if you wanted to venture further. Area was excellent for local bars, restaurants and nightlife. Hotel room was basic but clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

The hotel was in a busy street lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping also near transportation. My room was to the back of the property with one window facing a small courtyard, it was very dark.

Good location and clean. The only real negative is it’s loud. The rooms are small and the doors are heavy so you hear absolutely every coming and going.

El hotel estaba lindo y el staff nos atendió muy bien, muy amables. Sin embargo, nos tocó una habitación con puerta que conecta a otra habitación y no pudimos dormir nada porque habían dos hombres quedándose allí y parecían de fiesta hasta las 2am aproximadamente. Avisamos en recepción pero no hicieron nada.

Hotels.com has one photo for single room. If you go online you’ll find the room is way smaller than what is pictured. No fault of hotel. Still had a good stay, the room was the size of the stair well “L” shaped :( the hotel is at the Gothic Quarter and perfectly situated. Being that the room had two French doors and my travel was last 2 weeks of Dec. …it was cold even w the heater. Bed has to be close to doors and I could hear eveything ) conversations as people walked by on the street. The description read tv and cable. Basic cable -non in English and no access to apps. I still loved my trip.

Very nice hotel, good value for money. Staff very nice and helpful. The room was clean. Hotel is situated in the very centre of Barcelona which is very convenient although it can be sometimes noisy at night. Overall experience was very satisfying.

Convenient location. Simple hotel, basic amenities. Did not try their breakfast, went to a pulpería (cafeteria) in the corner, every morning. Staff could be nicer but they were not rude, just not too friendly.

Beds rolled on wood floors, heat fan was noisy, bathroom lights above sink aimed right in your eyes. Had two twin beds instead of one double. Could hear people talking in next room. Great location. Lots of restaurants, stores, and gelato shop right across the street 😊 could walk to historic sites.

Bathroom shower head was too close to wall. Very flimsy shower curtain. When I started to take shower, shower curtain was touching my body. Overall experience was not pleasant for the money I paid.

Bare bones hotel. Staff not terribly polite or helpful. Continental breakfast very limited. Beds fairly hard and uncomfortable. No coffee machine or tea in rooms. No iron in room, although was allowed to use one for a brief time. Killed 1 large cockroach in room on last day there. Did appreciate how close to everything we were. Was quiet, but if your looking for more comfort and amenities probably not the hotel for you.

The Hotel does not have ironing facilities like most hotels in our category, that is, you cannot book a standard three star hotel and then expect five star hotel services. In any case, you could have informed the reception of the problems and the animals you claim to have found in order to solve the problems or at least verify that they were true. Regards.

Modern, clean, 24 hour reception, elevators, rooftop (small) pool, rooftop cafe (tables fill quickly, book in advance) english channel tv options, rooms with small "juliet" style balconies, multiple convenience stores nearby, taxis pass by all day and night, multiple restaurants, fast food options, 15 minute walk to la rambla, 30 min walk to beach. Great staff.

Arrived at the property and asked for a quiet room. I know enough Spanish to know it wasn't changed and was right next to the lift. Not quiet and they should just have been honest. Also stank of cigarette smoke as it was coming in through the bathroom window and air con intake which opened onto a small courtyard where someone was smoking. I did tell reception but no update and unfortunately I am very sensitive to fumes so came away with some issues. More worthy of a hostal rating tha 3***. Not impressed after the variety of other places I stayed.
