La unica cosa que no me gustó es que no todos los cuartos tienen aire acondicionado. De los 4 cuartos que teniamos, creo que solo 1 tenia aire.

Very disappointed in front desk as policies. 1) they would not change less than $50 and it was my last day in Argentina and just needed tip money for their employees 2) exchange rate was a rip off - 750 vs 1000 at our last hotel 3) gave us wrong opening time of glacier museum which we based our day on 4)no free bottled water in the room

Serious deficits in service. Neglected surrounding of the hotel buildings. Asking for a delay of just 30 minutes for check out you simply get the answer “ not possible”. I.e. substantial lack of customer friendliness

Comfortable and welcoming hotel
The nicest hotel we stayed in during our time in Argentina. Good service. Nice breakfast each morning. Small but relaxing pool - a true delight after a day at the glacier. It was quite far from town, either 300 pesos in a taxi or the hotel run an hourly shuttle but they only do 7-8 runs per day, one just before lunch and the rest throughout the afternoon /evening.

Hermoso hotel, habitación relativamente pequeña pero muy cómoda, la cama excelente, la vista al lago espectacular. La piscina cubierta es espectacular. El desayuno completo y exquisito. Ubicado en las afueras del centro de la ciudad, difícil llegar caminando, se necesita transfer o coche.

The hotel is modern, quiet, comfortable and clean. Food and drinks from the hotel bar are great value, but the restaurant is expensive. The hotel is trying really hard to be top notch, but is missing a couple of key facilities such as tea and coffee in the rooms, but overall it’s still an excellent place to stay.

Lovely
What a lovely hotel and spa! Had a great time at this hotel and it was very close to the city center with free shuttle service. I also took advantage of there wonderful spa service which was professional and reasonably priced. Will be back here again!

The hotel is ok, but certainly far from a 5 star. It is also a quite far from the city center. The main reason for my complain is that after the check out I was charged on my credit card for extra expenses (thought I detailed during the ckeck out all the consuption from the previous night) and despite 4 enquiries I didn't get a single return from the hotel explaining the additional charge.

Clean, Convenient & Comfortable
The hotel is conveniently located with a useful shuttle service 10 minutes from downtown that runs through the day and into late evening. Breakfast is limited - same fare every day with little imagination. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the front desk is always understaffed. If you need assistance settle in for a 10 minute wait. Lunchboxes for day excursions were awful. Pool and spa are excellent.

Nice hotel in Calafate
Very nice hotel in Calafate. It has a great view to the lake. It's a little far from the center of the city but they have a nice minivan that leaves every 30 minutes to the center and bring back the guests. The room is warm, cozy and comfortable. I would only recommend they improve que quality of the breakfast. They should replace some items continuously but they only did if you ask. I would go back to this hotel again.

Excellent hotel
We were so pleasantly surprised as to how comfortable this hotel was in this remote area of the globe. Good restaurant, nice spa and a VERY WARM pool. All staying in Calafate area need to keep in mind that all excursions start between 0700-0900 so there is always traffic in the hotels, regardless of where you stay. With all the outdoors things to do, hopefully, you are one of those getting up early to make it to you excursion. The hotel is just on the outskirts of town but they have a very convenient shuttle that takes you back & forth. I did not feel inconvenienced by this and we had views of Lago Argentina to boost! The only drawback was that their was a heater but nothing to regulate the temperature to a cooler setting, hence, the 4 rating for comfort. We did go in summer and had to leave the window open to get some ventilation. Comments about barking dogs that I came across in other reviews are exaggerated. Yes, there are wild dogs and they do get loud at times but it was not incessant and frequent. I've been to Hawaii and the wild chickens and rooster crowing every morning was more frustrating than this. Despite being wild, these dogs were not threatening at all wherever we walked. This experience comes with the territory.

Imago hotel & Spa tiene instalaciones muy comodas, las vistas tan cercanas al lago argentino son inigualables y se tiene una sensación de estar en contacto con la naturaleza en todo su esplendor, desayunar viendo ese paisaje te llena de energía más que la comida!!!. Además el personal es muy diligente, nos contactaron con una agencia de turismo para realizar dos excursiones y el hotel cuenta con un shuttle que te lleva y trae al pueblito cada hora hasta las 11:40 PM. Definitivamente si vuelvo a ir a El Calafate me quedaría nuevamente en Imago

Hotel muito bom. Afastado do centro, silencioso, tem serviço de transfer que atende bem, muito limpo e funcionários, principalmente maleteiros muito atenciosos.Linda vista. Porém, como já havia lido, passamos muito calor pois o hotel é preparado para o frio, não tem ar e não oferece nem um ventilador. Janela aberta não foi suficiente e não é solução esperada para um Hotel desses. Piscina precisa de modernização para ficar mais atraente. Café da manhã muito bom para os padrões Chile / Argentina.

Fue una mala elección. Las fotos de internet estan sacadas con perspectiva y en la realidad todo es mas chico y deslucido. Ni a la entrada ni a la salid hubo bell boy y tuvimos que subir y bajar valijas personalmente. Al arribar nos dijeron que la pileta ese dia no funcionaba por desperfectos y al dia siguiente no habria transfer a la ciudad por la misma razon. Reserve habitacion vista estepa y me asignaron una vista al techo de cemento de la pileta. Las sabanas y acolchados lejos estaban del standart minimo de calidad de un hotel de la categoria que ostentan. Las almoadas ni siquiera respetaban el ancho de la cama, pedi otras y era duras. El desayuno es sumamente austero. WI FI malisimo. El lobby no invita a quedarse. Personal apenas supo esbozar alguna respuesta a mi reclamo de incumplimiento de lo contratado. Claramente aunque haya reservado una habitacion standart no reunia las condiciones y categorias que debe brindar un hotel categoria 4*. Se observaba poco personal multiuso. Ejemplo me trajo shampoo faltante un empleado de recepcion en lugar del servicio de mucamas. Los precios no son acordes a los servicios y confort que prestan. Se quedan en intento de ser un hotel de 4*. Funcionan como un 3*. No lo recomiendo.

Hotel de ótima estrutura, limpeza e atenção de toda equipe. Única desvantagem é que é um dos mais afastados do centro de El Calafate (a pé só se for muito acostumado a caminhar no frio e no vento), mas conta com vários horários de transfer incluído em uma van do hotel.
