“We had two rooms booked (Jade and Lapis Lazuli). Very spacious, clean rooms. AC worked great, rooms were quiet and both faced the outside and didn't hear any outside noise. This hotel is right in the center of the city, down the street from the Mosque-Cathedral (which is stunning and a must see), and everything you could want is nearby. “We were actually accommodated at a different property at last minute due to a problem in our room that could not be fixed in time. Communication about the change was effective and helpful. Alternative accommodation was excellent but not quite as well located as Casa San Mateo. ”

“It’s a very nice apartment. Whole building, including the center garden, the pool, the hallways are all decorated nicely. Very IGable. Inside the apartment is also nicely furnished and clean. We’ve got everything we needed for the stay. Well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer. The good air-con was really a lifesaver in summer Spain. Staff was very nice. Car park is not at the apartment with a 30 seconds walk around the corner. Not a big issue at all.”
