Very Centric and well located Hotel
It was an overall great experience, with the exception of the included Breakfast because the Cafeteria Staff were always in a bad mood. The place is not a hotel but the people in the Reception were always friendly and accommodating no matter how late it was. In front you have a convenience store so you can buy Water and snacks at decent prices and you can even heat something in the Microwave. I was there on business so I barely stayed at the place, but i could walk everywhere and the restaurants in the area are great. I lost my SIM card and the cleaning lady found it and left it on the front desk, so I was extremely grateful for this. Will definitely come back next time.

I recomended this place to stay. Room was very clean. The staff very frendly specially Frank very professional and very kind. The only problem is internet connection poor wifi in the higher room.

Hotel staff, especially Frank, were very helpful. You are within walking distance of many places of interests. Lots of good places to eat on Avenida Mayo, one black away.

4 Day stay in convenient area
Diego and other receptions were very helpful form the outset. The hotel was close to Subte (subway) stations and so convenient which was fab! The bathroom was a little tired with cracked tiles though clean enough. A little kitchenette in room is useful and AC worked fine. Really appreciated the hotel service and advice received for a first time visit to Buenos Aires. Thank you!

Breakfast was included, but the owner did not show up late in the morning to prepare breakfast, we had a 9:30 city tour and almost did not make the tour. very little English is spoken by the restaurant owner.

Great location in downtown Buenos Aires.
We were greeted by English speaking staff who helped us identify where to exchange money on Florida. This was a really good location in walking distance to many of our needs. Great restaurants without having to go too far at night. The room itself was very comfortable and the hotel was secure. There was a safe in the room. The information provided to us was accurate and transport was organised for us to the Airport at a reasonable rate. I would definitely stay there again. Great value for money.

Construction replacing the floor in the lobby bar can be heard in the room. The elevator was not working on our arrival but help was given to get the bags to the room. The staff was friendly, spoke good English and gave many helpful suggestions.

Extremely loud and poorly decorated
The room is extremely cheaply decorated and the sheets were old and filthy. Don't expect any kind of luxury here. The street is very loud so unless you hate sleeping, don't stay here.

Glitzy facade, but rickety foundation
First impressions are that you've snagged a four star apartment at the price of a two star, but there are reasons why it is inexpensive... mostly due to some silly design flaws. Firstly, whilst the room is marketed as an apartment, this is just smoke and mirrors. The absence of a stove, table/chairs etc. means that the plates will go unused. Secondly, the double bed is two singles pushed together -- but due to the trickery with the sheets, you unfortunately only realise this when you crash to the floor in the middle of the night (the tiles are well-polished). Thirdly, there is no cleaning service unless you pay additional for it. Which means that you don't, you may be heading to the local mini market to replace the toilet roll. The list goes on, but my point should be clear.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of downtown
This hotel was excellent--bright and spacious rooms, friendly English-speaking staff, and right in the heart of downtown. (Tip: when watching TV, hit the SAP button; for many channels, this will switch the audio to English.) The downsides were that you have to pay extra for the maid service (I didn't mind this, though) and traffic can sometimes be loud for rooms facing the street. A final word of caution: Avenue Rivadavia itself is scruffy and rundown. Always approach the hotel from the busy street one block south (de Mayo), especially at night; this is very simple and easy to do. I myself was never hassled, but Rivadavia set off all sorts of alarm bells for me.

I stayed in various hotels during my 10 days in Argentina and this was, by far, the most comfortable and cost effective. I only stayed for one night in between flight connections and my room was more like an apartment. Very spacious with all the essentials. Riva urban lofts is modern, bright, clean and welcoming. Nothing fancy but it was exactly what I wanted - almost a home from home. It has a great location and although I didn't venture out, I was aware of how central it was having stayed in BA the previous week. It was by far my favourite hotel of the trip - not the best hotel - but definitely my favourite as I was pleased with its simplicity. The staff were a credit to the hotel - extremely helpful and welcoming. If I return to BA I will definitely be staying here again.

OK(ish) - Pool (in summer) is a plus.
Ok(ish). Terrible breakfast is served at an external venue at $25 (peso) and consisted of a cup of coffee and 3 pieces of sweet cake. Only good if that is your idea of a breakfast. I would have gladly paid that price (and more) for just a slice of buttered toast and a cup of coffee. The hotel itself is well run and clean and the front-office staff very helpfull.

A getaway in the city
This hotel is great. It is an apartment style accommodation with clean rooms and comfort. The staff are very lovely and helpful. They would do anything to help you out. Totally recommend this place

No surprises here
good location, well-equiped rooms, quiet, the Internet worked well, the staff at the front desk were excellent – very helpful and friendly. The street is quite dark at night so take a taxi. Not necessarily the hippest place, but on the whole, very good, with restaurants and bars nearby and no surprises.

Não é hotel e sim flat, porém oferece cafe da manhã(básico) no restaurante no mesmo prédio, guarda volumes(após fim das diárias) e portaria 24hs. Locaizacao muto boa proximo a tudo no centro de BA, quarto com bom tamanho e cama confortável. Banheiro pequeno principalmente para quem está em 2 ou mais pessoas. Os quartos que dão para a rua da frente (nosso caso) podem incomodar devido ao barulho da rua, Portanto, evite-os.

Hotel costo-eficiente. Por el precio es cómodo, la ambientación es agradable y tiene algunas características de apart, aunque no cocina. Alguna dificultad también para la conexión al wifi por el piso alto que estaban por solucionar. Pero abajo la conexión es buena y tienen computadora para uso público. En general, buena experiencia para el costo accesible que se ofrece.

Los pocos dias que fueron tuvimos un problema con inodoro ya que el agua se salía toda y pedí ayuda al muchacho en el lobby y lo que el me contesto que no podía ayudarme ya que estaba solo y me colgó el teléfono así que no podíamos usar el baño en su totalidad y perdimos todo un dia en la habitación sin poder salir. Y me molesto la falta de empatía del recepcionista ante lo que me estaba pasando. También encontramos que el microondas no funcionaba.

Bom para lanches no ap. Espaçoso e bem localizado.
Passei 8 noites, loft é confortável, mas a limpeza não é boa. O política de troca de toalhas e roupas é um horror. Levam 7 dias para trocar. Para mais de 3 diárias recomendo dividir a reserva em DUAS, assim serão obrigados a trocar sem cobrar. É uma política BURRA.

Es la segunda vez ue nos hospedamos en este apart y la experiencia fue positiva nuevamente. Es cómodo, práctico, super limpio y la atención del personal es excelente. Además, tiene una muy buena ubicación cerca de puntos de interés pero lejos del ruido.
