Nice Hotel, very well Located!

Pros: The location is great
Cons: The staff at the front desk could be more friendly, to include on the fare the breakfast.
Location: You can go walking to the metro, Obelisco, many restaurants, Florida Street, Corrientes Street, San Telmo flea market, Puerto madero.
The hotel is very well located, that is the best feature of the hotel. Hotel Staff is very nice and ready to help. Close to the hotel on a walking distance you can find shopping centers, ATM, supermarket, restaurants, Metro Stations, Obelisco, Corrientes Street.

Great hotel in a central location! The staff is very nice! Huge room, clean and high quality! The wifi always disconnects.. :( We would definitely book it again!

Ok hotel in downtown buenos Aires

Smelly hallways , rest of the stay was Ok. We couldn't rest well Saturday night because there is a night club right across from the hotel . The beds were not very confortable either

good enough if you do not need excellent wifi

On the positive side, first the breakfast, go for it! Be careful and review your room details, I am sure I chose the " breakfast included" option during the reservation process but then it was not included in my details. I paid for it on spot, worth it. The room is big, clean and in a modern style. Service is good, location is convenient. Things the hotel could improve: add a hanger and a trash bin in the room wifi is free but service is bad, it disconnects all the time and it is slow when it works lights are a bit dim in the bathroom and the room itself the room is cleaned after 2 pm, should be earlier we e-mailed the hotel to ask about parking, the reply came two days after, when we had already paid for an expensve parking place add decaf for breakfast, at least instant decaf

Wifi was very poor. Dropping out every five minutes and often inaccessible. Hotel staff were'mystified' as to how I couldn't get a signal yet I received an apology in writing on my final day to dat they were upgrading entire system and sorry for inconvenience. Bathroom was tired.
