Dissapointed

I expect a more updated rooms, still remain with its original furnitures, old and spoiled, only the bed its new, the airconditioning like the sixties, old system, in one word, dissapointed, needs an urgent overhauling, if they want to maintein 5 stars!

Hotel staff was great. No coffee in room, you have to get through room service.. over all was 5 out of 10

Cons: get rid of that smell,
Please get rid of that awful smell. It is overpowering and not good. The staff ignores you until it is your turn. The concierge does not speak English.

1. Supposed my reservation should include Free Wi-Fi. However, they charged me when checked out. 2. Service is bad.
