Great place to stay, well located, generous rooms, excellent service and staff and the breakfast is excellent.

Our room lacked upscale amenities. The shower bath combination was old and inefficient. It took a longtime to get hot water and was dangerous to use. The location of the room was over the dining room and always smelt like food. They say the rooms are sound proof and the noise from downstairs was always present. I would not recommend getting the Master 1 room, We were very unhappy. Sofi The girl who took care of almost everything was incredibly pleasant and kind and made our stay along with the rest of the staff a positive experience. Thank you 🙏

We loved our stay; staff were amazing (especially Tomas & Balti), food was fantastic. The glam camps were so cute with breathtaking views, the entire place is magical. If you are using their transport be sure to confirm times as we often found ourself waiting but overall fantastic stay! Clean rooms and great service

I stayed i great hotels, but this one deserves all the stars . The place is beautiful great combination of nature and the last advances of technology in the rooms. The personal attention we received from the Susana Balbo team was superb a deserved to mention some names . Starting every morning Ximena was waiting l for us with the breakfast always happy and respected our privacy Its was a pleasure to see her every morning. Macarena, Barbara and jonathan for any requests we have and for plan the things we did they were outstanding . And Marco he was incredible we have a new friend in Mendoza he never stoped to go the extra mile to made us happy. Our drivers Sergio and Mauro were the best. Definitely we are going to come back when we need to rest disconnect and need to believe in the existence of good people. Thank you Susana Balbo and family for create this oasis .
