Superb experience!

Pros: Every area (check-in, room, restaurants, Spa, gym, etc.
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Close to airport and major shopping
This was my 4th stay in this hotel. Let me keep this simple: Wonderful, Superb and Professional. I do not know of any area that needs improvement. From the Front Desk Staff to the Manager of the Executive Lounge (Katherin Infante) to the Spa Staff, each is professional, courteous and well-trained. This hotel is beyond exceptional!!

Courteous staff

I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy of the reception desk staff, and the executive lounge staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The gym staff and access was also well received.

Always a great hotel to stay

Love the hotel. I only wish they had cafe where we could eat a crossaint drink coffee or a sandwich.

Really nice property and big spacious rooms. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel had a great Italian restaurant in it and a Juan Valdez coffee around the corner so there were options to eat and stay in. However it is close to the airport so not much more to walk around and see as its not in the city centre. For a business trip or a quick trip it's the perfect hotel, you don't have to worry about traffic or anything
