Great hotel

The staff very helful, friendly and service amazing. The room was super clean and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was really good and dinner at italian restaurant Pimento was 5 stars !! The wine selection was extensive and with very good wines. We had two bottles!! We appreciated all the staff attention. We will be back !!

Great hotel

Stayed here with my family after our flight was cancelled. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Hotel is close to the airport which is convenient. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean.

Perfect stay

Everything from checking in, to the service and food in the executive lounge, to the gym, to the room, my stay was perfect. The staff were kind and attentive. Room was clean, food was good. I have no complaints.

One Bogota's Best

Pros: It's well designed with solid, quality construction and furnishings
Cons: Make sure the up-sell/ discounts that they offer is coded into their computers so don't have to question errors on your bill. No complains, otherwise
Location: It's a nice neighborhood if you want to buy conveniences (water, soda, toiletries, etc). Botanical Garden. Amusement park.
I loved the hotel and it's facilities. Quality all around in terms of construction, design, amenities, staff, choice of restaurants within the building. The location is also convenient as well as the neighborhood being nice.

Excellent hotel, close to airport and center city

Pros: Room service, Hotel staff, overall performance, level of cleanness and quality
Cons: I cant think of any thing
Location: Did not move around much, for me is convenience close to airport and center city
Excellent hotel, staff very friendly, good service, very good restaurant and food, I will recommend this hotel 100%, clean room make you feel at home, price is very reasonable, and excellent room service at any time , not only I recommend this hotel but is going to be my hotel every time I travel to Bogota
