Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, pool and Jacuzzi decent for the amount of $ ; sauna , turkish baths and an affordable massage onsite. Hotel was located near airport, good neighborhood; however any distance to travel in Bogota takes forever, so much traffic day and night. Sheraton has always been top notch hotel in all my travels.

Not bad!!!

Pros: Staff, location & complimentary breakfast
Cons: You couldn't adjust the AC in your room. I was told that due to the season you're not allowed to turn on your AC
Location: McDonalds, mall , & other hotels.
Other than being able to not turn your AC in your room, the staff was very friendly & very responsive & the rooms big & clean.
