Not worth the money. Stay somewhere else.
After we check in my husband notices the pool is drained. We inquire about this to the desk clerk that checked us in. She said the pump was broken. We asked if we could get a room discount as that was the reason we picked his hotel. She was extremely rude and said no because I booked through Expedia (which I actually booked thru Hotels.com). If we decided to go to a different hotel, we would have to pay a cancellation fee. Strike one. Breakfast was very disappointing. The food was not kept fresh and the selection was poor for what this motel costs. Strike 2. Hot water needed to be adjusted higher as you could not get hot water from the sink tap and had to turn the shower to full hot to take a luke warm shower. Strike 3. Will not stay here again.

Family disappointment trip
The stay was not the best. I had called a few days prior to my arrival and requested extra pillows as my wife, daughters, and their kids were all going to be in the same room. I had to make 2 trips to the counter for pillows and linens for the pull out sofa bed. Bathroom shower insert was separating from the wall. Found mold growing in one of the picture frames. Kids were excited to swim and when we got there the pool was out of service and we had no notification prior to our arrival. Ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working and had to go down to the 1st floor for ice every time it was needed. My daughter and grandkids were very disappointed as they were planning on swimming while I had a wedding rehearsal to attend. Myself disappointed for the service and condition of this hotel for the amount I paid. I have stayed in better hotels and will not be returning to this one anytime soon or ever.

Drove in from Houston, went and had dinner with co-workers. First room AC did not blow any air. Had to go downstairs to obtain new room key for second room. Second room was not clean as it appeared someone had some fun in there. Back downstairs to obtain key for Third room. Third room was clean. Pics of 2nd room attached. Point is that I was ready for a shower and relax but had to make 2 too many trips to the lobby to get a room that is up to par. I always stay at Holiday Inn but will NEVER be back to this location.

Front desk was very polite and helpful. Our room and the hotel were very clean. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean. It was quiet and seemed like a good area. The only disappointment was the pool being out of order and completely drained. I wish we would have known before booking, as we specifically chose this hotel for the indoor pool.

The area was not nice… lock your car doors….. the pool was closed but they didn’t tell us that when we booked…. Our room was clean but had a very strong odor, I thought it smelled bad, my roommate thought it smelled like cleaner… so, if you like the smell of strong cleaner, than you are in luck… The beds were comfortable… Breakfast was the typical hotel spread… pastries, eggs, sausage, etc

The pool was closed for “remodeling.” Understandable but it’s May and the pool is indoors not sure why it is being re-modeled at this time. Also no notification of pool being closed when booking. Also, there was not “hot breakfast” served on Saturday and Sunday. Very disappointing.

It was a horrible experience. We had to beg for towels everyday and were told we had to wait for laundry to be done before we received them. We stayed there for four days, and housekeeping never came in and serviced our room. Breakfast food ran out so we had to go out and get breakfast. Horrible experience and I will never stay here again.

I was in El Dorado for business, my stay lasted 4 weeks, housekeeping is excellent cannot complaint about it...There was no hot breakfast and the excuse of Covid 19 is not valid, do not advertise it since its been 16 months since epidemic started Swimming pool is closed and apparently for a long time ,the pool area looks like a construction zone with no signs that it will be opening soon. Finally their room rates ,fluctuated from $88 -$118 per night for the same exact room??? Overall its a good hotel ,good staff ,I would stay there again...
