Great property, well attended, well maintained. Room is modern, area is safe. Don't worry about parking, and 20 min from Moncloa. Forget the congestion and overpriced hotels in Madrid.

Shame about the rooms
Firstly, the Staff were top notch and very helpful!… However, the rooms were old and the flooring, skirting boards and other items were very worn. The room walls to adjoining rooms are WAFER THIN and we had the joy of listening to our neighbours being ‘friendly’ most of the night. It was very unpleasant, which is a shame, as the staff were so nice. The location is just off a highway and not really walking distance to anything.

This is a convenient hotel with free parking and a decent breakfast. Rooms are not big and the surroundings not very interesting, but if the locations suits you, this is a great choice with a fantastic value to price ratio.

unexpetedly good !
Ideal location for our needs , good restaurant next door for lunch , breakfast was good and a decent buffet as "free" ! Coffee was okay - machine coffee has it's limits. Quiet hotel , excellent facilities and great value for money. Would recomend.

Clean and comfortable. Easy parking, great staff and an excellent selection on the breakfast which is included. The only downside is there are no fridges in the room...and for longer stays this is very helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent value

My stay was for one night and I enjoyed it. They have arranged transportation to and from the hotel to the airport for me. So that made me feel safe.

The staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. The room were clean, though a little basic. The bathroom was very good. Breakfast had a variety of options. I didn't try the evening meal. The only downside to the hotel is the location. It is about 40 minutes drive from Madrid centre, and although on a main bus route you cannot walk to the stop as it is situated of one of the main highways. I chose to get a taxi to the local train station which cut down on time and cost.

Good starting point excursions around Madrid
Good basic hotel with easy access to many good spots like Segovia or El Escorial. You will need a car though.

Basic hotel near outlet, no aircon
Did not enjoy the stay as we were told by the staff that from bgn oct, there is no air conditioning, only hot air is available in the room. It gets hot and stuffy and you will need to open the window or room door if you want to get some cool air circulating in the room. The staff informed us that their motor can only cater for either hot air or cold air for all rooms only. I would not have booked this hotel if I know beforehand that there is no aircon. Hotel's website, trip advisor and booking site had indicated that there is air conditioning and this is misleading. Bfast was basic with little variety. There is free parking.

Terrible location. I typed in the filter "near the airport", it was anything but. It cost 57 Euros by taxi. Nothing around there. The only restaurant closed at 4pm. It would have been another 50+ Euros to go into Madrid. Total bust.

Good hotel
Check in was easy. The receptionist, Laura, was lovely and very helpful. The bed was excellent. Room very clean and spacious. Our main problem was that the hotel is further from the town than we imagined. There is a Repsol garage beside the hotel where we bought sandwiches. There is a very good (in our opinion, quite expensive) restaurant beside it but if we wanted to have a drink somewhere else, we would have needed to get a taxi.

Lovely hotel. We stayed on a night when the hotel doesn’t serve dinner but there’s a nice restaurant opposite. Expensive meal but lovely food and service. The hotel welcomes pets but, sadly, there was nowhere to walk the dog. This made our stay quite difficult and spoilt what could have been a good experience.

DONT stay here. Worst staff ever. Room was dirty, sheets were dirty, food was old, coffee sucked, the power went out like 5 times and the staff at the front desk were extremely rude on several ocassions. Room walls are poor quality so we couldn’t sleep from all the sounds and people opening and closing doors all night. We literally left one day early and lost the payment just because we couldn’t stand it another day. And worst part is, even though we tried being nice and explaining the situation they rudely said it was TOO BAD and we wouldn’t not be getting our money back. Such a mistake and I can’t believe Expedia gives this hotel their service. Don’t make the mistake of staying here!

The conditions of your reservation indicate that the amount paid can not be refunded, except for reasons of majeure force, obviously. You simply went to the reception desk to let us know that you wanted to leave earlier than planned without specifying all the incidents that you were commenting now or indicating that you had an emergency. Basics of correct standard
The hotel is a bit in an isolated place, but with a car it doesn't matter. All the basics are there. Furniture in common areas is simple though robust. Rooms are of a better grade. Restaurant is very simple.
