Special thanks to the two Beshoys (Safwat and Gamil), whose service stood out; to Ibrahim Mounir for sharing his deep knowledge of El Gouna and Hurghada; and to Mustafa and Abdullah for their warm, attentive service at mealtimes. A heartfelt thank-you also to Haidi and Marina, whose friendly and thoughtful conversations really made us feel at home. Kerlokos at check-in was especially welcoming and supportive. Ahmad and the lifeguard team at the pools and beach were professional and reassuring. And Ramadan from housekeeping was consistently kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. We may have forgotten a few names, but we’re truly grateful to every member of the team who made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you all!"

"- The structure of the all-inclusive packages featured multiple tiers and categories, which were not clearly communicated prior to arrival and only clarified upon check-in. - Select menu items incurred additional charges despite the all-inclusive arrangement, and there appeared to be limited oversight or safeguards in place to ensure accurate room billing—raising concerns about the potential for misattributed charges. - The culinary offerings were exceptional, with impressive variety and consistently high quality that elevated the overall guest experience. - The resort’s amenities and its seamless proximity to both the beach and pool were standout features, contributing significantly to comfort and convenience throughout the stay. - Optional excursions such as speedboat rides and snorkeling introduced a vibrant layer of adventure, enriching the visit with memorable and invigorating moments."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Amazing spot at Abu Tig Marina. You can use the beach of Marina Beach (walkable). Many dining options at Marina or downtown."
