need additional employees. We had to wait for everything. Front desk employee was the same person driving the shuttle bus so every guest had to wait to be attended until the receptionist/shuttle bus driver was back behind the desk.

It was decent. The hotel itself, sits back from most of the restaurants, but was not far. I would’ve given them a 4 star if the receptionist (Pamela I think her name was) wasn’t so rude. She acted as though she hates her job and it came through in her customer service, which was terrible. I encountered her 2 more times after checking in, still awful. Bad customer service will keep me from an establishment before, location and amenities.

We have to change room for 3 times. Told the front desk we want to be away from elevator but she gave us a room next to elevator. The second time, A/C is super old with a lot of noise. The light on night stand didn't work. The third time, AC is fine, light works but the faucet on the bathtub is in poor condition and leaking as well. The front desk lady is like ice lady, not too much respond for the issue, can not even say hello to customers.

we asked for a room with a pull-out couch which we did get for our son to sleep on, but they would not give us any sheets, blankets, or pillows for it even though they knew we needed to use it when we had reserved that room months in advance. they told us that they had ran out of everything for the extra bed.
