Horrible check in. Signed in SPANISH

They refused to give me the key to the room until I signed some document that was only partially translated from Spanish to English, really!
The manager lied to me and said it was all in English, and when I pointed out a paragraph that said something in Spanish about how they treat my personal information, she grabbed the key from me and said if I didn't sign I could not stay there.
Worst of all the document said if I have a legal problem with the hotel, I had to sue in Mexico.
Yes I signed, only because we were tired travelers and it was late. surreal.
