Lobby was very dirty when we arrived. My daughter reserved 2 rooms, which we were thankful they were adjoining. That was about the nicest thing about our stay. The whole facility was very dated and in disrepair. Cracked floors, had issues with toilet that my husband fixed. Our room looked rushed through for cleaning, trash in hallways. No working elevators, no working ice machine on our floor. Tried to swim, then told pool was open, but when we checked in was told it was. Staff was very rude, one lady at night was nice who replaced our key cards. Breakfast wasn't much, but edible. We definitely will not stay at this facility again due to these issues. Housekeeping probably needs to be shown how to clean up properly. Oh, forgot to also say the rooms say they have queen size beds, they are a full size at best. False advertising for sure. Fridges need defrosted so things don't freeze also. Lamps also didn't work properly. Need a total rehaul on property. I know there was a few other disgruntled customers in lobby when we were in there one night.

The property was horrible my tub wouldn't drain the toilet wouldn't flush there was mold on the carpet hair on my bed in the sheets and pillow cases and the breakfast was terrible

I liked the rate and it's proximity to everywhere I needed to go. The beds were ok, but my sheet stayed torn the entire visit, (5 days), the shower did not work, hot water was limited, breakfast was disappointing, TV remote was finicky at best. I would like a refund but will address that separately.
