Convenient but wouldn't stay again.

The rooms are decent, no hot water from sink, the outside looks grungy. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Nice hotel for one night stay.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the variety of pillows was great.
Cons: Repair the AC units, and pay attention to detail in cleaning.
Location: Located off of I-10, so it was just right for my traveling route, and it has a Denny's in the parking lot, which is very convenient for breakfast.
This was a one night stay as I was traveling. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The AC unit was loud and noisy, so I had to turn it off in order to be able to sleep. Lucky for me the weather was just right and I didn't need AC or heater. Hairs in the tub.

Pros: the staff
the bathroom and the control of tv did not serve, the breakfast very limited.

Pros: Basic and clean and near the interstate
nice clean place, near I-10 freeway but noise not an issue. Denny's and Whataburger walking distance close to the hotel

This is a location for traveling west on I 10

Pros: The entire facility was very clean.
Cons: One light in the room didn't work, the handle of the toilet fell off and it was very difficult to get the heater to come on.
The neighborhood is industrial, older and a little questionable looking.

Housekeeping, Room type

Pros: location
Location: Walmart, gas station, good restaurants nearby
Housekeeping didn't clean the trash can before we stay. Gave us a king bed room which I booked a two double bed room. But after talked to the person at front desk, he able to give the right room type to us. Other than that, everything else is fine

Nice motel on I-10.

Pros: I liked that the room was nice and clean and everything was in working condition.
Cons: The breakfast could include freshly baked items instead of pre-packaged muffins. The coffee was not that good.
Location: The hotel is on I-10 and thus accessible from most parts of the city. The were plenty of places to eat nearby as well as the typical types of stores.
The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast food was not that great. The pool was out of order for the second year in a row. Overall, the hotel was worth the rate we paid.

Not A Safe Hotel

Pros: Nothing not safe wiring was exposed in bathroom very dangerous especially for a child Several Men walking around rooms all night long.
Cons: Not feeling safe afraid to even try and leave in the middle of the night almost having our door kicked in and security walk up on the men
Location: Not the best r safest place to be in El Paso didn't go outside the Hotel didn't feel safe to go in and out from there after we got there..
Checking into Hotel man watching us from lobby then at 11 pm same man with another man knocking at our room telling us to open the door my husband looks out the window yells to go away . I call front Desk and told her we need help at that time they were kicking at the door hard as to break in. Told her I think I should call Police she said oh no security would take care of it. The front desk told me she would send security up. The Security got there and found the one man at our door the other man had took off , then they all took off without security telling us what was going on so I called front desk again telling her that I was going to call police and make a report again she said she would talk to security and call me back. she called the room back only to tell me that security ran them off and told them not to come back. Then told me to close my eyes and go Nite nite everything would be ok please I told her Im not a child !! alittle later the men were back in front of our door to afraid to leave till almost daylight and never went to sleep afraid the door was going to be kicked in we put a chair and ironing board in front of door. In the dark still we ran down to front desk to check out only to find out that the morning attendance wasn't even told of the almost break in . Our safely was not put first in staying at this Hotel and calling 2 times to talk to Manager never got a call back.Called La Quinta and still never got a call back it's all a money thing !! Afraid

Very old facilities

Very old facilities, i expect La Quinta Inn Hotels to be high quality hotel and rooms, this particular Hotel wasnt what i expected, and your front desk not very friendly.

Staff was friendly and professional, the room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable.
