Great for a budget

This place is good for anyone on a budget. The wi-fi wasn't the greatest and only a few channels worked on the TV. The beds were comfy, but we couldn't get an extra towel because they didn't have enough.

Not a good hotel anymore

We use to stay at this hotel when it was Micro Hotel and everything was good. Good service, clean hotel but now is Motel 6 n is not good. Bathroom synk water wouldnt go down, it would drain slow, sheets had a weird smell and had yellow stains.

El Paso Tx

The outside appearance is good, the lobby area has fair, dark, & very warm temp wise. The lobby computer was not set up to be used, I had to wast time to set it up to use the internet. The house cleaning, never cleaned my room, just replaced the towels & never changed or made the bed the whole time I was there. The room it showed on the add is not even close to what I was given. Also addvertised $40.00 per night +tax, was charged $47.00 +tax per night. Was not a verry pleasant stay....

Sad experience

Checked in was okay. On our way to our room noticed the doors to the rooms were filthy. No shampoo available. One towel per guest, and when I asked for another I was told it was 1 per guest per day. No remote to the t.v. went to ask for it to the front desk and was told they would send it, but they never did. My stay was for 3 days. The rooms was cleaned only on the first day. This was the worst experience I've had while staying at a holtel.

Hotel being renovated

Pros: The staff were great. Bed was comfortable, room was very simple and worn, but adequate.
Cons: Housekeeping needs to be more careful with cleanliness of bedding--sheets and pillowcases were fine, bedspread fine, but some was stained/unwashed
Location: Near I-10, but quiet. Kinda hard to find as it is set back off the access road behind another motel
This hotel is still a good value bet for an overnight stop in El Paso. Hotel is being renovated, and the staff is sterling quality, genuinely kind and helpful. My issue was that there were some stains on the quilt/bedpad right under the bedspread that were ugly, and appeared unwashed. This was an oversight of housekeeping. Do not let this put you off going to this Motel 6--I am sure they will remedy this, and it is not the norm that I can tell, as the quality of the service and the staff are superb. Give this place a chance. But if you find anything not to your liking, give them feedback. The room keys de-magnetized very easily, but the desk was kind about it.

I was there 2 weeks they never mopped the bathroom

They never mopped the floor in bathroom and t v only had a third of the channels they said they had

close to freeway, super cheap

ac barely worked, bed was uncomfortable and wallpaper was peeling. super cheap though, so I definitely got what I paid for.

wrong room, bad service

I had asked for a non smoking room queen bed. what I ended up getting was a smoking room that looked like a full size bed. talk to the people down stairs and she totally dismissed and said it wasn't her fault. that's what I said in the computer. even though I had my proof on mine stating what I had asked for. she walked away from and I couldn't find her after that. never got her name or anything. sorry place I have ever been too.
