This is the first time I’ve actually written a review but after paying almost $300 for a night, I felt I must! The hotel was dated with a badly stained carpet, refrigerator that neither the refrigerator or freezer worked, extremely uncomfortable heater/ AC system that was extremely noisy. I had called ahead to make reservations to find out if any pet fee & was told no. After I was walking away from desk after checking in, the clerk shouted “I forgot, I have to charge you a $75 pet fee”. Needless to say I was not happy but it was late & we were very tired & of course had already checked in.

I chose this hotel because I had my dogs with me. I was nervous about even letting the dogs walk on that nasty carpet and covered down the sofa with one of the bedspreads. They charge too much for it to be that gross. Nice kitchen though.

The entire time that we were there no one ever came to clean the room. We had to go down to the front desk each day to ask for towels and they never even emptied the trash

Very clean, staff was great. Only complaint is outside back patio gate is broken and doesn't lock also most doors going into the hotel are kept unlocked. I would definitely stay again.

My mother, daughter and I planned a girl's weekend at this hotel. It was going great until my mother fell in the shower. There are no shower mats, gripping or anything of the sort within the shower. When I called to tell them, they said they only provided floor mats for outside the shower which I thought was weird cause every hotel I've ever been in had some sort of gripping either built into the tub or put on it.
