No hot water

Brown Towels slow customer service

It way ok. No breakfast just muffins and granola. No room service if u stay less than 7 days. Towels were old and brown. Room service was very slow.

There was some dirty dishes left behind from pervious customer. Overall the room was clean.

Filthy room, broken AC and toilet.

The first room was filthy, leftover food in the refrigerator and freezer. The toilet was broken, as well. They put us in a second room that was equally filthy with a broken AC. Because we arrived late at night from a 12 hour drive, they would not refund us the room for that night. So we had to pay for 2 hours of frustration.
