Buena ubicación, excelente servicio de los empleados, sin embargo las comodidad de la habitación no es la mejor, el baño muy incómodo y tiene toallas en el piso pq se moja el cuando te bañas.

Great location, amazing staff, delicious breakfast everything was awesome for a couple. Definitely could be annoying if someone is looking to “relax”. Noise from clubs and bara can be heard late night, but for me us it was not an issue.

Ugly and old rooms. Only a/c in the main bedroom. Humidity and bad smell. Beds very basic. Expensive for nothing. High light: the included breakfast. Very good and a lot of options

The room we stayed in seemed a bit older and dated but the staff was amazing. Always greeting us with a smile. Breakfast with a view was a wonderful start to the day. Hotel is near many dining and shopping options. We had a great time!

Excelente: valor por $$$. El equipo es muy servicial y atento a las necesidades del huésped. Facilidades súper limpias y el hotel es muy céntrico: subes a Lleras o bajas a Poblado y caminas solo par de minutos y ya estás en Provenza. Altamente recomendado.

Amazing Time in el Poblado
I had an amazing time at this place. Staff was very friendly and attentive; hard workers. The place lived up to my expectations; very clean and neat. The location couldn’t had been better; very close by to parque Lleras and the fun and exciting night life in el Poblado

Hello there! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't wait to share my experience with you. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. They were always willing to help with a smile, which immediately made me feel at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served every morning. The variety of options was impressive, and the quality was top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the nice coffee and the freshly squeezed orange juice – it was the perfect way to start my day. Now, let's talk about the suite I stayed in. It was cozy and incredibly well-distributed, making the most of the available space. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. However, I did find the pillows to be a bit on the hard side. It would be fantastic if they could provide an extra pillow that's on the softer side, as I think many guests would highly appreciate that. Overall, I want to express my gratitude for making my stay at the hotel such a pleasant one. It was a memorable experience, and I truly enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you for your warm hospitality, delicious breakfast, and comfortable accommodations. I look forward to returning in the future and creating more wonderful memories at your hotel.

The kitchen cabinets falling off the hinges Balcony door would open or close and than fell off almost killing me There where dead birds on the balcony The water smelled horrible All lien smelled horrible and pillows where really smelly bugs everywhere. Otherwise not so bad

The room was clean. At firt impression the neighborhood looked rundown But at night there's a lot of action and restaurants with in walking distance on 10 ave. I saw security officers in every other corner.
