“It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing. That being said, there's very little in the immediate area of the hotel, and it's about a 25-30 minute walk to El Tunco. I rented a motorcycle, so that wasn't much a problem for me.

“The Oceanfront Villa in Amatecampo Beach was phenomenal. The host was extremely attentive from start to finish. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed utilizng the BBQ and private pool on our property. Our villa was very clean. The villa is near town if you wanted local food or souvenirs, but definitely stock up on groceries prior. We will definitely return. ”
