First impression everything is excellent they greet you with glass of cava and explain you how great their hotel is and which services they include. BUT they do not tell you that all the drinks at greeting, everyday towel use and mini bar is charged extra €28 per day and €12.50 per day if you park your car. BUT they told me at the check in that I will only pay €12.50 in total for my car. Why to include hidden charges at the end and make your customers disappointed whereas you can include all together in the hotel charge. Also the beach is great but you cannot leave your towel and go for lunch. The guy who "looks after" the beach first will warn you not to leave the towels then will take away your towels. I did complain to reception twice but nothing happened. They will tell you that there is enough space for everyone if there is why should we leave our place and come back to another place? I have stayed Le Meridien before but this hotel does not deserve to be in the brand. Totally disappointed. I am sure the manager will reply that they will to their best to improve and bla bla but I would never return to this hotel and would not recommend anyone. Better find another hotel.

Great but needs work

Hotel was great but the room was tired and needs upgrading. Cupboards were loose. Plug fittings pulled off the walls when pulling plugs out. Plus there was a total lack of plugs in the room. It was very difficult to wash and dry your hair. No plug - no mirror.

As Starwood group the quality is not there . It is overpriced and I felt I did not get any value for my money . The food is unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel , the standard is very low . Also the service should be improved .
