“Very comfortable, clean and spacious villa, located in a calm place but near everything what you need to spend great holidays: nice beaches, historical sites and towns to visit, restaurants, shopping possibilities. We also appreciated the beautiful views from the balcony, the villa's swimming pool and the air condition as well as parking on the property. A big thanks to the host Nicholas for his hospitality, quick answers to our questions before our holidays, and his availability for any help……

“We had a large group come to Patra for a conference at the University of Patra and this home was ideal for location and convenience for all guests. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for a large group and it would be great for a family gathering. Walking distance to the beach. Spyros and his family were there to meet us and help us get acclimated.”

“The flat was great, all rooms bigger than on the foto, two great balconies, and close to the sea, but communicaton with owner not really possible. Until a day before the stay we had no access information. Owner did not react to questions via app. ”
