On our first hour there my husband & I found out that the telephone in the room doesn't work & so does the mini fridge. We went downstairs & told Samantha who was at the front desk about the issue & she told us she was going to have it fixed by the time we came back from our dinner outside. When we came back an hour or so, she said she fixed the fridge herself but not the phone which was basically a lost cause. We thanked her for trying anyways. We came back to our room and as soon as we get there the fridge was leaking & upon opening the fridge, the smell of urine was so strong eminating from inside that we had to call the front desk from our own cellphone to tell Samantha of the issue. In the end she had us come downstairs & issued us a new room. What was dissappointing was, we got the impression that she wasn't really happy about giving us a new room as we saw from her facial expression. It seems like we inconvenienced her other than the other way around. We didn't hear her apologize for all the issues we had to deal with in less than 5 hours of being there.
In the end though, my husband & I had a good night's rest in the new room she gave us which we were thankful for. The breakfast was excellent too.
