“This is an ultimate holiday. The lodge is extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and an absolute eye candy !! Food is of high quality and very well presented. Staff are amazing. Pleasant, attentive and very quick to respond. The Game drives are very well planned. We were lucky to have Cameron as our guide and driver and Muzi as our spotter. They work in close unison. “The good: staff was very friendly and kind and the reserve has a beautiful view over the valley below. They went out of there way to be helpful. The game vehicles were comfortable and we appreciated having a storage locker between the seats. Anzel was super kind and really tried hard. We liked the little surprises that they had throughout our stay.
The bad: hot water in the shower was good for 2-3 minutes and then went cold. Elephants are on other side of the reserve and are too far to……
