“The beds were comfy. The sink would not drain so we had to use the bath faucet instead. Four towels were provided, another couple would have been nice. The location was wonderful and highlight of our stay. We will be back, thank you NYC!”

“Location can't be beat-it was close to many desired activities. Apartment was small, hot water took a long while to get warm, only provided 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 3 people (5 night stay), 1 partial roll of toilet paper provided, floor in bathroom had cracked tiles with small pieces missing and a/c unit stopped working on second day. Maintenance was prompt to fix the a/c but host never responded to requests for more toilet paper and towels. We did get more toilet paper and 2 towels from……

“during our stay I looked through all the reviews and saw all of our issues being addressed multiple times, as far back as 5 months. Multiple light fixtures were broken, we had 1 working standing lamp upstairs, 1 tiny light in the bathroom.There were 2 sofa beds, one of which had a broken leg in the middle. (Addressed in a review) We had to solve that with a stack of books, but our daughter was scared to sleep on it, because the books kept moving. Not what you want for your kids, right? She is a……
