“Do not rent this unit. The pictures of the inside of the unit are mostly accurate, though there is no closet or drawer space. The unit wasn't cleaned very well with dirty counters, an unclean refrigerator, stained towels, and no body wash. The big issue is that the outside images are wildly deceptive and nothing pictured is anywhere near the apartment building. The MetLife Center is 5 mi away and New York City is a 40 minute train ride. This apartment is in a bad, unsafe neighborhood with……

“TERRIBLE! We did not stay for even one night! There was no door on one of the rooms, the beds were very flimsy with stains all over the mattresses, the floors and walls were completely covered in dust & dirt, so many broken things in the bathrooms and around the house, many holes in the walls. It was just a terrible experience altogether. 0/10!! On top of this, he made a sign a super super specific contract, prior to our stay, so we could not receive any compensation back.”

“Check in was easy. We received helpful videos showing each step of getting into the building.The unit was clean and neat. Even being next to a busy bar it was quiet. The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient. Something to keep in mind there’s not a lot of places to hang up stuff to dry if you need to. The kitchen is small but functional. We didn’t use the stove but there is……

“This apartment is one of a kind. It's located in a very central neighborhood in manhattan, close to coffee shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment complex is beautiful (door man, elevator, etc) and the apartment itself is huge, even for NYC standards! The host is communicative and was great to work with. Will definitely be booking this apartment again!! ”

“Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest.”
