This might be one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed at. Dated, dirty, terrible service, no house keeping, bathrooms not in proper working conditions. The list could go on. Unfortunately, i had to stay here because other hotels were booked up for baseball tournaments.

The hotel staff was incredibly rude, unfriendly and I was afraid to report issues and concerns about my room because they were reporting others who had issues with their rooms as vandals. My room had bugs and only cold water but again out of fear based on their intimidation methods I did not report.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!This past weekend we had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel. We traveled with our baseball team for the Ripken Flash the Leather tournament and it was obvious after walking in why the tournament did not partner with this hotel. It smelled stale and nasty the minute we walked in. We arrived Friday evening with our 2 boys. The elevator sounded like it may break at any moment. My older son went to plug his Xbox cord into the back of the TV output plug and the entire tv fell off the dresser because it was not bolted to the stand. When I tried to call the desk the phone didn’t work. My other son went to turn on the shower and the handle spun all the way around and the water would not turn off or get warm. We then discovered that the toilet seat was missing a bolt and half hanging on. After talking to the man at the desk they sent some random guy with poor skills to try and fix our bathroom. This all occurred 20 minutes after being in the room. They had to move us to a new to room at 10:30 pm and we had an 8 am tournament game. The next morning the manager Autumn called and informed me we were being evicted from the property for causing damage to the room 😳. She blamed us and accused us of “trashing a hotel room”. She was rude and refused to let me speak with the owner. She said they were calling the police if we didn’t leave. It was a nightmare and stressful debacle to say the least and I missed the start of my sons game dealing with this.

The property needs updated and it was very noisy from room to room & with others walking above. It was not from rude people, just the building needing updated and additional sound proofing. It is time to update the rooms, bath fixtures, etc.

Great place to stay and sleep. Was disappointed with breakfast. Attendant was not pleasant or friendly. Was on a family road trip and hoping to save a little money and eat breakfast before leaving. The only thing “hot” was the biscuits and gravy but it was barely warm. I should have just got up earlier and grabbed something on the road and beat the traffic south.
