Everything was very good except for two things. The outlet in between the beds was not working so I couldn't run my cpap machine and the internet was very slow.

Unaware that hot tub was not serviced. Pool area not clean and pool was cold. Limited breakfast options. New policy for $75 payment that gets reimbursed next day, cumbersome and unpleasant surprise on check in.

The property was adequate for our needs driving through for the night. We stayed in their suite with diver of us. The room was very spacious! The couch slept like all the other pull-out couches (feeling the springs) but it was only for a night. Breakfast was good the next morning too.

I booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool amenities. The staff closed the pool area due to "fixing chemicals ' but didn't want to let people use the hot tub because it was "too much work to watch to make sure no one used the pool". I had ants in my room. There were dirty clothing items left in the parking lot. Their back door was left repeatedly unlocked.

Clerk was sweet. Room - thermostat didn't work right, clock wasn't working, beds and pillows were comfortable, had to hold handle down to flush, vending machine was out of order. Breakfast - food was cold, orange juice watery, no apple juice.

Booked the room on the spur of the moment to split our trip up. Everything was amazing. Kids wished the pool was open but unfortunately it was not. Other than that, there were no issues at all.

The only reason we booked here was because they had a pool and hot tub. When we got there they had a sign hanging up saying they were out of order. No one bothered to let me know they were out of order. I would have canceled our booking and went with another hotel. Since we didn’t have the pool or hot tub we decided to watch tv, well half of the channels didn’t work that were listed. Even the vending machine wouldn’t half work, it wouldn’t take any bills and they wouldn’t help with it or give any change. We should have stayed somewhere else.

When we got to the hotel the front desk staff was rude. As I had checked in and gave him my card my husband walked over to the pool doors where it said closed... this was the main reason we chose the hotel. The front desk staff never said anything about it being closed and then was rude when my husband asked how long it would be closed for her said a couple of weeks. We asked to have our money refunded and the front desk refused. He also lied when hotels.com called him and said "he had no guests by that name". We still went to the room and I called Hotels.com to figure out how to get transferred to a different hotel with the accommodations that we were paying for. They got us moved to another hotel but we did have to pay for both hotels as the comfort suites told us " I can't refund your money". It took 7 days before we got our money back when we were there a whole hour. The whole ordeal ended up taking 2 hours to get straighten out by the time I argued with them and checked into the hotel across the street. I have always stayed at comfort suites but this makes me think twice about ever going back.
Very neat and clean and very comfortable. Very polite staff and helpful. Our dislike would be the smell of the room as we ran the a/c the smell of cigarette smoke was in the room which gave us a difficult to breathe thru the night
We actually got there late on Sunday night. We were sitting in stopped traffic down past Louisville & did not get to the hotel until 11 pm. We were there only a few hours but was nice. We saw the breakfast but did not eat. We had to get to the hospital. My brother was having surgery. Thanks for making it an affordable place for us to get some sleep & be gone quickly. The hospital was only 10 minutes away.
Everyone at the hotel was very nice. The breakfast had a lot of good choices, and even our last day there, the breakfast was out early so we could grab some before leaving for the airport. I loved the pillows here and the little couch & ottomans in the room. Very comfortable!
Very clean, great location, excellent staff. The room was spacious and comfortable- especially the beds. A few minor inconveniences like the pool was down for maintenance, not celiac friendly and the tv was difficult to use but overall a great stay. The staff did what they could to help.
Upon arrival to the property on Friday, September 15th, Comfort Suites advised me that they never received a booking from Expedia. Had to make separate accommodations at a different hotel Disappointed with experience with Expedia. Requesting a refund from Expedia.
