Pros: Great location if visiting Elizabethtown
Cons: Furnishings can be updated.
Nice room, good location, friendly staff. It isn't fancy, but has most of what you would need.

Close enough to Hersey for a good price

Didn't spend much time in the room but it was clean and spacious enough to sleep 5 comfortably.

Pros: location
Cons: clean the whole room; check to see whether all furniture is sturdy.
All was fine but the room was very disappointing...not cleaned in the corners; one of the chairs was feeble ...

Great breakfast. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Lobby smelled a little of cigarettes. Not sure if outside smokers' smoke had drifted in, but that was a little bit of a turnoff.

Good stay

Although the room had a max occup of 5-it was a tight fit for an adult & 4 teens.Definitely need a rollaway bed.Extra towels can be requested at the front desk which was fine.We arrived around midnight & the front desk person greeted me warmly and was very helpful.Only stayed for two nights & on the second night when we came back from Hershey Park, our towels were not replaced with fresh ones and one was stuffed in an empty drawer.our bed covers felt damp although under the sheets it was dry except for the rollaway bed sheets but we were too tired from spending all day at the park to get them taken care of, and it didn't have any smell. The breakfast selection was also decent. Honest staff in the breakfast room - one of our teens left her phone on the table while she went to get food and one of the staff picked it up as she wasn't sure who owned it and no one was at the table. When she saw some of us searching for it, she asked if we were looking for a phone and handed it to us. Window had some cobwebs in the corners but other than that, the room and bathroom were clean. Had enough outlets to plug our devices. About 25 minutes from Hershey Park. Not really sure where the closest grocery was to the hotel but passed by a couple of Giants on way to/from park. Overall a good stay if all you need is a place for a decent night's sleep and a hot shower.

The hotel was just a basic Holiday Inn Express; no bells or whistles. The breakfast was good, but not great; and the breakfast area is very small for the size of the hotel. A lot of guests had to get food and take it back to their room to eat as there was not enough seating available. Usually when a room is as expensive as this; there is an event in the local area that raises the prices. I asked the front desk clerk what was going on the area that raised the prices so high; and she said, "nothing; we're just the only chain hotel in the area.". Hmmmmm...
