Pro:Nice front desk staff Con: too much for a pet

The front desk was very accommodating when I realized that I made an error in booking dates; they accommodated my little dog however the hotel chain charges $50.00/night, I feel this is too much as I had previously stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Haverhill, Massachusetts and was not charged an extra fee. The hotel was clean and the management called to make sure everything was acceptable, a nice touch. Think that Holiday Inn needs to reexamine their policy on pets; a lot of people travel with their pets and I really think that $50.00 is too much to charge.

Make sure you don't get charged triple!!

Great hotel and great stay but I booked my room through hotel.com and was charged at booking then was charged again when I checked in and then again when I checked out.. So, if you get the option of paying now or when you check out.. Pay at check out!!
