The king size bed was freakishly tall and it was extremely hard for me to get up into (I'm 5'3" and it was very difficult). The tub was stained. The room carpet may not have been recently vacuumed as I found a plastic cap to something laying in the middle of the room. The breakfast provided was limited (apples, juice, biscuits & gravy, fix-your-own-waffle, cereal and coffee...although the coffee urn was broken one morning and another guest fixed it). The key card for our 2nd room was incorrectly set up on the 1st night and had to be re-done, then although we were scheduled to stay for 3 nights, it quit working the 2nd day and had to be re-done again.
