The staff was friendly, but the hotel was dirty. The rooms smelled of smoke even with no smoking signs everywhere. Other guests were loud and talking and playing music all night. "Breakfast" was packaged donuts, coffee and cereal.

I showed up to the property and they let me know that expedia had cenceled my reservation. Then i had to find a room for my 2 young children and myself to stay . All the hotels in the area were sold out and i had to drive 30 mins more to find a hotel with and open room and pay twice as much as i was planning.

When I checked in, I could see the linen had not been changed from the previous occupant. I checked in fairly late so I didn’t worry about it as I knew housekeeping was gone for the day. In the morning, I informed the desk clerk o needed my linen changed, and she said she would see to it. When I returned, the bed wasn’t even made, much less changed. We won’t even get into the old washcloth hanging on the shower curtain and the petrified gum on the floor.

Good stay.
It's one of the best rates (possibly the best)in and around Elizabethtown, KY. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Had a snafu with my original room assignment but that was resolved quickly and apologetically. All in all a good stay. Great price, clean room and no bugs.

when I came to the front of the building, there was four guys and a lady out in front smoking and drinking beer. I went inside and no one was at the counter stood there for over 10 minutes, finally went outside and asked if they knew how to get a hold of the desk clerk and the lady responded. Oh that’s me I’ll be right in I went in it still took her another minute to come in. Then she says well I needed a break because I’ve been here since 3 o’clock. Very poor customer service.

They put the elderly on the 2nd floor, no elevator. Weren’t open to making changes. Room was spacious and TV was way too big! Bedding was messy and old and worn. Way overpriced for what we got.

The Wi-Fi went out so I had no tv for half of the day and when I went to call front desk the phone didn’t work. The toilet lid cover was super loose and was about to fall off. The only thing good about my stay was the air conditioner and shower

My stay was 7/7-7/9. The front desk lady when I checked it a little after four on Friday it was extremely friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The problem started when I made it to the room. The room was not clean. The telephone was filthy, which was my first indicator of the room was a clean, as well as the bathroom light switch. I could tell the tub wasn’t clean because I had a ring and they could’ve possibly cleaned the toilet because the toilet seat was so loose it was sliding off. I just want to head across the street to the Dollar General got cleaning supplies and cleaned the room including the floor. Another big problem was the noise. Other guests were running up and down the hallway. Banging after 12:30 AM slamming doors. That was just Friday night Saturday night for stopping, banging, etc. continue until after 3:30 AM . Also, some of the guest were hanging out at the side door entrance and lawn chairs like it was their home. Would not recommend. Why did I have to stay here? Turns out we couldn’t get in a hotel or motel because there was a baseball tournament in town.

Room was dirty. Countertop had food crumbs on it. Refrigerator had leftover food left in it. Toilet seat was very loose. Hotel cleaned counter top and tightened Toilet seat. We called to say we would be late -- encountered a lot of rain and resulting vehicle crashes -- and upon arrival were greeted by completed paperwork so check in took about a minute! The property was sold out for the night, but our room was held per our online reservation.

Traveled from NC for graduation and the staff was absolutely amazing. Kids enjoyed the pool time and rooms were a decent size as well. The only issue i had was with Expedia...tried to change dates for an earlier departure was given the run around. Thankfully the staff were wonderful and figured out a solution.
