Great view from most rooms. Our room was showing it’s age
I was disapointed to be put in the room kept for disabled people as I had not requested disabled access and it meant there was handles attached to the toilet which made it less convenient for me to use.
Sauna in room was wonderful, nice new place, enjoyed the river!
I appreciated the location of this hotel -- very close to the waterfront and downtown Campbell River. Stayed for 2 nights on last week of summer - fishing seadon. Drunk guys banged doors of their fishing buddies on both ends of the building. I forgot to mentioned to the staff. Window blinds not enough to make room dark for sleeping.
Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Only missing a hot tub in the spa. Tv very old and small. Staff,food and bed awesome
