“While the room was clean there was no one available at the front desk 24-7. My room was never cleaned during my entire stay, no fresh towels were ever delivered even though there was a door hanger which allowed me to indicate “please make up room”, the trash was never removed during the 7 day stay. “Tired, dilapidated hotel with virtually nothing around it except a street, shuttered businesses, a liquor store, and a fish market. The walls are tissue-thin; the door isn’t flush and so light streams in; I could hear everything in the lobby which was just fifteen feet away. Left in the morning and didn’t look back. Will never stay here again…although this used to be a very nice area. I think COVID did everyone in.”
