Good central location

Room was fine and front desk clerk was very friendly. My only complaint was the shower knob was broken making it hard to adjust shower temperature but overall everything was very adequate. The motel was close to the convention center which was a real plus for us and also located in the center of town making it walking distance to everything

Nice hotel at a good price

The staff was nice and the lobby was clean. there are no elevators that I seen but it was not a pain considering there are only 2 floors. They have an expresso machine in the lobby.

Couldn't be better for the price! Very easy & friendly help at check-in. All amenities in the room were good.

Don't stay here!!!

First off, I rarely give a bad review. I also want to say I didn't expect much paying $40. Low expectations. I checked in, got to my room and the smoke detector was chirping so I called the front desk. She said she had no batteries and told me sorry. I had to suggest to her to give me a different room. She offers to put me in the room next door but I told her I could still hear it. I took the room anyway since I was just there to wait out a storm. Tv didn't work, mold in the shower, strange odor, carpet was gross, curtains wouldn't close. Pay the extra $25 and stay somewhere nicer. Only upside was the bed was comfortable

Sorry for the inconvenience, with storms our direct dishes have problem getting a signal. we are planning some upgrades in the future.

The check in was a nightmare

.The first day no electricity had to find different hotel next day staff was rude and it took 2 hours to check in wish I would have found a different hotel

Cheap but still not the most pleasant experience

Pros: That it was cheap and that the internal entrance at the foyer also had key access, giving an extra level of security.
Cons: Carpets and linen need replacing/updating. Mattress was spongy. Breakfast choice was very disappointing.
Location: A couple of eateries and shops to visit, you can drive to downtown Elko otherwise it's a quiet night in the room.
Wife and I stayed one night during a drive between Yellowstone and Yosemite. It was a cheap accommodation which was what we needed, so we didn't expect much. The main gripes were the lingering smell in the room, the air con system was so loud it sounded like a plane taking off, and the breakfast was extremely poor - cereal, pastries, yoghurt and toast, not exactly the advertised "Continental" breakfast which usually includes fresh fruit and cold meats/cheese. Spend a few dollars extra and find somewhere a bit nearer to exit 303 or find somewhere at exit 301 (downtown Elko)
