Would not recommend. Staff ran two hotels. Had to call for them in lobby. Not very happy staff. Small room and bathrooms.

Pros: good value
Cons: Carpets were not as clean as they could be
Location: Good Buffet across street
Just looking for a place to sleep on way home from Utah.

When we check out then the older lady in front desk was so friendly and helpful she even gave us some free stuff. Location was good to. One of our room bed was little broken but thank god only one person slept on it.

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Inform customer that the room they reserved has changed, and offer an alternative if available.
Location: Amazing Taco Truck with great breakfast burrito's across the street in the parking lot next to the Sinclair gas station.
We checked in near midnight, the process was swift and staff were nice. We reserved a King Bed room and received a King bed Handicapped room. Since the bathroom had a handicapped toilet my 3yo niece could not use it.

Nice hotel for a stop on road trip

Location: Check out Lamoille canyon
We stayed here and found it to be adequate for our needs. Nice park next door for the kids to play. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was typical for these types of hotels - not fabulous, but something to eat. Make sure to visit Lamoille canyon if you have time - absolutely stunning oasis tucked away in a rather desolate landscape.

not what I expected.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Gut the rooms, remodel, get a better cleaning staff who are conscientious and caring. Don't make excuses for poor quality!
Location: Not much!
It's hard to find a hotel that is pet friendly and has clean, nice, up to date rooms for humans, too. This hotel accepted pets but was very much below par in the way of cleanliness and décor. Our room was very old and dingy, had a layer of dust above the bath insert and the tub was dirty...we took showers in a very dangerous tub with NO safety mat OR non-slip surface. I nearly fell! TV was so old, and there was an ugly old small fridge in the room. Vanity was cracked and the fixtures in both the sink and the tub were ancient. There were spots on the walls from food or ??? Bedding was very old and worn as were the harsh towels and wash cloths. The beds were just OK for comfortable sleeping. I didn't know how old the carpet is but I kept my socks on! I was told it had new owners who were trying to update-- and housekeepers that had quit and other problems-- but these rooms should not be sold until they are all gutted and updated. I should have inspected this room before paying but we were dead tired and just checked in. Had I known some of this prior to bringing in our belongings, we would not have reserved this room. We have stayed in many very nice, clean motels and hotels on our adventures and paid about the same price. We were quoted a lower price by Expedia and I mentioned we had a small dog to Expedia, but when we arrived we were charged more. This did not make us happy either! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Sorry that your stay was not a pleasant one, When you book the room Expedia doesn't charge you, to my knowledge the hotel collects the pet fee. We hope that the rest of your vacation will be a good one .

Nice hotel in the heart of Elko.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of Elko. No complaints about parking, amenities, or the breakfast. The room was cleabed and straightend up each day.

Dingy

The carpet in the hallways was all ripped up and totally dingy. The room was okay but it was supposed to be a queen size..It felt like a double bed. Only thing I could say was it was cheap.

Loudspeaker nearby is too loud

Receipt ion is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. The only drawback is the loudspeaker nearby stops by 6pm

Traveling with Pets

Stop over on a cross country trip. The location is perfect when traveling with a pet due to a nice park being located just across the street.
