Outstanding Facility

Pros: Everything. Especially the customer service, Linda Dawson is an example of an exceptional customer service representative.
Cons: Nothing
Location: The Elkridge facility is close to everything from restaurants, site seeing, and shopping.
We have stayed at this facility on three different occasions and each time our stay was wonderful.

Looks Brand new

We were greeted with a warm inviting smile by Cheryl. She made sure we knew about the gym, pool, wifi password access. The room was super clean and smelled wonderful, the bed was perfect, not too hard and not too soft.The next morning we went down stairs for the free breakfast, what a treat... not the typical continental breakfast, there were eggs, pankcakes, French toast, oatmeal, cereal, coffee and juice. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice Place For A Short Visit

Location: Good restaurants within walking distance.
Overall, our stay was nice. However, this is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. When we got to our room, we could detect a smell of cigarette smoke - like maybe a residual smell left in the carpeting. When I opened the bathroom, there was actually a cloud of smoke and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. I immediately called the front desk. In about 10-15 minutes a young lady arrived, but she tried to dismiss the problem and said she didn't see the smoke and any smell was probably coming from the outside. I demanded a new room, and she said she would need to ask her supervisor. I went to the front desk, where to her credit, the supervisor immediately offered me a new room and even walked me to the new room to make sure it was satisfactory. It was, and all was good for the rest of our stay. The next day, the supervisor told me she went to my initial room and agreed that there was a huge amount of smoke in the bathroom and would work to remediate the problem and also try to figure out what happened. She was extremely helpful. Also, the hotel is right off of the highway, but it is kind of hard to get to, as you need to go through a gas station parking lot to get to the hotel parking lot.

While we are a non-smoking hotel, we do have some guests who choose not to follow the rules. Pros: Well managed hotel. Great facilities, staff and services.

No sleep; Very noisy area

Elevators did not work this weekend. Fire at the hotel caused us to spend part of the evening in the parking lot. We were unable to sleep because the noise outside the hotel sounded like we were at a NASCAR race.

Everything was nice! My only negative is every TV turned to CNN! Should keep politics off so no issues while eating breakfast! Why not just turn on local news! Had this same issue a while back at a Holiday Inn, so probably wont stay there unless have to due to that reason.
