“Beautiful area and country, can only imagine how much more incredible it would be during the snow seasons. The apartment was huge, cozy and had great amenities. Check in slightly confusing with how seperate the main reception is but easily solved. Would highly recommend this apartment and Andorra as a country. Thanks!”

“Very beautiful hotel in the main shopping area. Very large room and bathroom with coffee machine included. Bathroom included. Delightful stay”

“Staff is friendly. Although not knowing much English, they basically tried their best to communicate with me. Room is okay. I only had a short stay there but in general a good hotel. Breakfast choices are limited but good.”

“Rooms are clean, spacious enough and the cleaners do a fab job. Not too far from ski-area lifts too. However, it’s all a little tired and our ‘triple room’ was a double with a squeezed in extra bed that didn’t align to the wall and lights. There was one wardrobe and a lack of hooks to hang up anything in the room other than in the small bathroom. Definitely need more hooks on walls. When we stayed there, end of January, was lots of teens/younger crew, which almost made it feel a bit youth……

No me gustó la falta de respuesta a los mensajes enviados y tener que acabar reclamando la devolución de la fianza cuando la chica de recepción dijo que se devolvía el mismo día del checkout por la tarde. Falta de comunicación por parte del alojamiento.”

“Worst hotel I booked during my Europe holiday. This may have once been a nice hotel but the hotel feels like it's long overdue for a renovation. Rooms are tired and well worn. Plus some of the rudest and non-communicative staff I've ever met. Trying to contact anyone, if you need anything, is impossible. They just flat out don't reply. A few times I tried calling them and no one answers the phone. It feels as if no one is in charge here and there's serious mismanagement. If you're coming to……

“Staff very welcoming... nice room , hot shower , very nice breakfast! ”

“Good hotel with free easy parking. The twin room was a good size and quiet. Staff were friendly but they could clear your table as they pass by. An extra coffee machine would help at breakfast. Food was good. Location is good as away from the busier areas such as La Massana.”
