Convenient location

Food is very close by and It is a block away from the freeway entrance. it has a small indoor pool so you can go swimming even when it's cold out.

Okay Stay

The room was not as awfull as I thought, it was my last pick of places to stay so I was nervous, and it was surprisingly updated which was great. The bed was not terrible but sunk in a bit towards the middle. The shower was dirty and the handle for the sink was older with grooves in the back and that was not clean. Those are difficult handles to clean in the first place but they still were dirty which was kind of gross. They had a very nice TV, a nice small mini fridge in which was great as we needed one, parking was great and easy, staff was great! So friendly and very attentive! Thin walls, did wake up to every sound of our neighbors getting busy so that was unpleasant as well as a group outside the door at 5am. Otherwise overall not horrible stay :)

Clean and comfortable

Good location

Hotel was average but my biggest complaint is the bed. Hard as the floor. Very little toiletries, no lotion or shampoo. Won't stay again.

Thank you for giving us feedback. We will look into getting lotion for our guest rooms. We do provide shampoo, and I have spoken with my housekeepers to make sure they are putting shampoo in every room. We are also in the process of inspecting all our beds to make sure they are up to standard.

As Expected

Pros: The staff, except for the breakfast lady, was excellent. They were professional, friendly, and helpful.
Cons: If you need outlets in your room, good luck. You have to unplug something (lamp, microwave) to plug in even 1 phone charger or computer.
Location: Ellensburg is a small college town and a convenient pass through if one is cruising through on I-90. Be prepared to drive to do anything.
This hotel was as expected....no frills, a bit frayed around the edges, mostly clean (beds and sheets felt clean and comfortable), and acceptable for an inexpensive night in a hotel. The staff was great (except for the cranky breakfast lady who was texting non-stop and rude if interrupted) and the location is good if one needs to do things in Ellensburg. They allow pets which is great and have plenty of parking. The breakfast was a standard cereal/yogurt/toast/waffle experience. I have stayed there before, but feel there were not a lot of improvements made since I stayed there last a few years ago.

Noise level extremely high

Regular conversations from nearby rooms could be heard through the walls. When someone took a shower in a nearby room, the pipes groaned as well as hearing persons in the shower echoed. The bedding was horrible and mattress sank in middle. the breakfast was like gas station quality, pool was dirty, and no ventilation in pool area fogged windows with residue. I will never go again.

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We will have our maintenance technician inspect the pipes to ensure they are properly secured. We will also take a look at the beds to make sure they are to Super 8 standard. We do have a Diatron ventilation system in our pool room; however, because we do have a heated spa, there will always be condensation. Our breakfast is the standard Super 8 Superstart breakfast, and we always take suggestions for new items.

Small rooms. Broken shower. Minimal breakfast. Small pool. No iron in rooms. Right next to railroad tracks - very loud trains all night long!

We do have irons and ironing boards at the front desk that our guests are more than welcome to request. Our free breakfast is the standard Super 8 Superstart breakfast, and we are always taking suggestions for breakfast items.

Hotel off the freeway

Rooms need remodeling, fresh coat of a neutral color paint would help, new carpet would also help as the current carpet appeared dirty, shower/tub did not drain properly, air conditioning unit full of dust/dirt and was loud...difficult to sleep with window open, lots of noise from Taco Bell and activity outside. Paid too much for this "2 star" hotel...
