Dear Marc, We are sorry that you were not happy with your stay here. We hope that if you are ever back this way you will give us another chance to show you our superior customer service.
The hotel was packed with noisy kids and when I went to check out early I got the boilerplate policy I’ll have to eat the second night. I couldn’t sleep the first night. The rooms were mediocre and the staff were unhelpful. I won’t be staying here again and will be recommending to others that they don’t stay here.

I am sorry to hear that your experience was less than expected. This is the time of year that we have lots of groups in-house. We do our best to make sure every guest is comfortable while here. Some of our rooms do indeed have Laminate Vinal tile in them that lots of our guests prefer, I am sorry that you did not. The beds are in the process of being replaced, with over half of them already replaced and more on the way. As for the no refund, when you book through a third party site we have to abide by their rules. I do hope you will try us again, if not I hope you find a suitable place for your needs.

The property in its entirety had so much “air freshener” you could hardly breathe. The first room we were booked into smelled severely of cigarette smoke. We requested a room change and the second room was just pure air fresheners. If you have any sort of breathing conditions or allergies I would not recommend this hotel.

We have paid 4x the rate for a much less comfortable, less clean, stay. It's not the Ritz, but an older building close to the freeway and railroad tracks, and we couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. It was clean and comfortable.
An excellent deal for a reasonable price. The SureStay is clean and quiet. And the biscuit and gravy breakfast is tasty.

The fridge haven’t cleaned. There is an old ice coffee.
Staffs were kind and breakfast was good enough.
We just stayed one night for long drive and was just okay in general.
There are many of Tesla charging station and convenient store as well

I am sorry that you were not happy with the selection. We are a budget-friendly property and as that, we do not offer everything that a plus or premier property might.
Always a good spot to stay. Too bad the hot tub was not working.

The staff were excellent! The room was very clean!
The breakfast was okay. Would have been perfect if there were scrambled eggs.
I would rate the experience a 4.5 out of 5.

Would have rated higher if the pool and hot tub were in working order, which was one of the reasons for picking the hotel. Cigarette smells in the hallway. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Brain, I am sorry that you were unaware of our pool closure. We are working hard to try to get the parts so that we can open it back up. We do have this closure listed on our site.
This hotel was just a bed to sleep in while waiting for daylight to go over the pass. I wasn’t expecting much. The room was clean but the person who ran the front desk also ran breakfast. Everyone has bad days and I know that, but he seemed to be having a really rough day and could use time to go home shower and change. Please take care of your employees. My only other complaint is the shower had no water pressure so it was like standing under a hose.

My apologies about that. My front desk does not take care of the breakfast here so I am not sure who you would be speaking of unless it was one of our breakfast attendants one of whom is a male. I will be sure to speak to him about the service issues that you have reported. Thank you for letting us know.
Property advertised a on bedroom suite and separate living are. There was no door between the two. One TV in the bedroom area. This room was not as advertised. No carpet on the floor either. You get what you pay for and this lives up to that.

I am sorry that you were not happy with your accommodations. This suite is exactly as pictured and as advertised. All the pictures that show the floor show you are LVT (luxury vinyl tile) flooring. We do not advertise more than one tv in the room.
The room was clean, and the staff friendly. The breakfast is mainly packaged processed sweets. The waffles are not good. They were mushy and rubbery. No protein such as eggs or sausage like other chains (Holiday Inn Express).
They serve yoplait, but its not yogurt as it doesn't have the probiotic cultures added, so it's flavored milk/sugar mixed with corn starch to thicken it.
Good place for a quick stop for rest but don't count on having a good tasting breakfast or served even semi healthy breakfast options.

Thank you for your review of our property. We are an economy hotel which is not at all like a Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express. This is why the breakfast is not comparable as the rate are not comparable. Thank you again for your comments we appreciate it!
The breakfast was not suitable. We had to go to Subway for a breakfast salad.

Thank you for your comments. We are an economy hotel however the breakfast that we offer is above what is required. We do this to provide more options for our guests. You have to be willing to pay a higher price at a different type of hotel to get the type of breakfast that you are looking for.
We arrived late and checked out early. Check in was easy. Rooms don’t have carpet so they seem cleaner. Overall room was clean and bed was comfortable. Will stay there again.
