Apartments in Elmer for Rent

"Our host was very responsive and very accommodating. My son has stayed in his home before and was excited when it was available again."

"The host was very responsive and the home was nice and clean. "

"We were there for work for nearly 4 months. Owners answered promptly every time I messaged. Check in was a breeze. We had some maintenance requests and they were met. "

"Overall the property we stayed at was 5 star for the price point per night, kitchen is not equipped to cook, dishes are minimal and the kitchen was “used”. The backyard while they allowed pets was unkept and when it rained became gross and soggy. I needed the backyard for my pets and they didn’t want to walk through the standing water. Egg rock or something back there needs to be done. You are paying for what you get, it sufficed for the time but improvements need to be made. We stayed for 2...

"Cute little apartment.Nice and quiet neighborhood. Fair price if you’re looking for more privacy than in a hotel. The host was very attentive, and fast responding. Definitely would recommend if you’re in the area for the weekend.(-:"

"Five Star!!"

"Awesome place with everything you need!! Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and living room!! Great communication!"

"This rental was as represented if you are expecting the Four Seasons or even the hotel experience this is not it. However, if you want a VERY comfortable bed which is often a problem for me this location will not disappoint. I travel to this area to care for my father often and I typically stay at the Holiday Inn in Pineville. However, I wanted more options, to save money, have more room, be able to cook my own meals, and park close to my room. This VRBO checked all those boxes. Now the...

"This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. I am very pleased and will stay here again."

"I am so pleased with our recent stay! The property was so well put together and cute. For the price of the property, I was so happy with what we got and the friendliness of the staff that I was in contact with. I will absolutely book with them next time we're in the area!"

"I sincerely appreciated my stay. Location is excellent as I am not fond of too many turns to get from point A to point B and this property was ideal for everywhere I needed to get to and was, pretty much, a straight shot to everywhere I needed to go. Communication with the property Manager was on-point and immediate. The property was FULLY stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, fridge, dish towels, everything! The temperature control was easy to manipulate and kept me comfortable. The...

"Do not fall for this. It’s a dangerous high crime area. These people would not help me after I told them we felt uncomfortable and unsafe in this home. Furthermore, they started ignoring me after I had tried to explain I needed to try to get a refund. I honestly do not trust vRBO any longer because they allowed this place on their listing. And side note, we never stayed in this house, we found another place to stay. They have 2 pending deposits and I really hope that they fall off because if...

"Unfortunately left a day early because of the conditions. Photos will be provided. There were stained linens, bugs, breast milk left in the microwave, as well as pliers in the pull out couch. The odor was also potent. While we stuck it out for one night, we decided to leave entirely because of these conditions. Very disappointed as the photos portrayed a clean & comfortable stay. Photos of outside would have also been appreciated as the area was not ideal. Seemed to be unsafe. The cleanliness...

"This home was beyond filthy with stained sheets, stained shower, maggots , mildew and mold. The smell inside could possibly be interior mold. We didnt even stay after seeing it upon check in. The owner refused to refund our money and stopped responding to my messages and claimed he was working with VRBO but has kept ALL of our funds. We work with the local military base and were there for work but this place is beyond anything i have ever seen. If i could post pictures i would."
