Owners and staff are very nice. "Hot Breakfast" used to be scrambled eggs, sausag, maybe bacon, variety of instant oatmeal, but is now really only waffles and that is it. Rooms are clean. Ours had lamps on one end, but none on the other, so it was dark on that end and hard to see during the evening. The fridge was set to "Max" so the first night our liqjids froze. One side of the bed had provision for a CPAP, none on the opposite.

Newly updated and well maintained.
Room was very clean. Everything looked newly updated. Breakfast wasn’t the best, the waffles mix was watered down. They had apples, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, tea milk and water.

We have stayed at this hotel for years. The subtle changes over the last couple of years-especially since covid-have been disappointing. Breakfast is very limited, no popcorn or cookies in the afternoons, no updating...on a happier note: the honesty and integrity of the staff does NOT go unnoticed and we will continue to stay here.

The room/property was very clean. This is good option if you are looking for an affordable place to stay in the area. Multiple restaurants and stores with 5 minutes of drive. The breakfast was below average and can use improvement.

Clean, renovated hotel with super-friendly staff
An exceptionally clean and renovated hotel with super-friendly staff. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, while we explored the Finger Lakes region and the Corning Museum of Glass. Room was clean and the breakfast was good (standard fare). The room had a microwave and a decent size fridge. All the staff we met were delightful. There was coffee/tea/hot water 24/7 in the lobby. There were also free cookies and popcorn. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much!

Very basic rooms. View from front of property is spectacular! Breakfast was decent: cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, bagels, waffles, orange juice. Walmart was right across the street which was perfect. Clean and helpful staff

The property is very run of the mill as expected for a budget hotel. The grounds were well kept which was the best aspect of the stay. The toilet was broken at the base and leaked on the floor overnight. The shower was lukewarm, the knob would not turn to hot, was told it was recently replaced but clearly wasn’t tested. For a king size room for two adults, there were only 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 small bath towels, The pillows were mismatched, and they were poor quality. Typically there would be a comfy chair to sit in in addition to the computer chair but instead there was what seemed to be a dining room chair, really not useful at all. The guests above our room were very loud all night, it sounded like a group of acrobats had checked in. Then the coffee cups were the smallest cups I have ever seen, like the size of espresso cups. Overall very disappointing stay and because I had booked my room through Expedia, I wasn’t able to cancel the second night for a refund. There was no way we could stay there another night, it was that bad. So we had a crappy stay and paid for two nights yet only stayed one due to the poor conditions. Will never stay there again.

I stayed here because of the hotels proximity to Watkins Glen (about one half hour away) hotel was clean, they had a decent breakfast, good access to highway. Walmart and home Depot near by..

Had a great stay overall. Our original room's lights didn't work, where housekeeping tried swapping working lamps from another room to no avail (ended up being breaker related). They quickly put us in the room next door, which meant it was easy to move the "unpacked" baggage. Breakfast is basic and uneventful, but stocked and clean. The service and staff definitely surpassed my expectations of an "Econolodge", though.
