Room was above hotel sign and they did not put any light blockers to prevent the sign from lighting up the room. Blackout curtains are not effective for this room. 306. Do not take this room. It is also right by the elevator so you will hear ppl coming and going while you lay awake in your very bright room.

Definitely older building. No updated amenities in rooms like microwave or refrigerator. They were quick to respond to an issue I had with the toilet not flushing correctly. Hot water in shower on and off.

I had problems with the reservation showing at the hotel The desk clerk was wonderful helping me contact Hotels.com and getting the issues resolved,she even upgraded our room. It’s an old hotel. Could definitely use some updating better painting etc. but for the historic experience we were looking for it was fine
