Staff very friendly. Room is supposed to be nonsmoking but smells like they might have decided that just today, after a decade of smoke. Bed is comfortable.

I didn't like having to walk across the street to our room. The room was stuffy, a bit dusty and not vacuumed. It seems that it was recently renovated. Usually a staff member turs on the fan before guest arrives, not here. Staff members at the main locatin were nice and friendly. A bag breakfast was duable. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Staying overnight on trip and booked with expedia. Property said that most of the time when they have the lower rates from websites it is booked in the rooms across the street. Would be nice to know this at booking.

Staff were excellent. Room was clean and adequate. Only disappointment was the kitchen was closed for renovation so no hot breakfast, no dining options and no bar service … they did provide us with a bag breakfast which was ok. Coffee/tea was available in the lobby as well… not the same. We should have been warned prior to booking …

Nice room. Good price on Expedia. Took a bath and the water was not hot enough. Towel rack had fatigued metal which caused the towels to roll off and hit my glass of red wine. No other issues

I booked this property because of the breakfast, the pictures, the set up. When you have a family this is important. We got there and they told us, all they offer is a brown paper sack with a sandwhich and granola bar. This has been going on since covid. I was upset, its false advertising and i had already paid. The rooms were across the street, they are clean, beds are set up very nice, soon as you got in them, you sunk in the middle, good thing for lots of pillows. I got what i paid for, its all on me. Go to La Quinta or the holiday Inn. Lesson learned.

We are so sorry that you had this experience with us.Our restaurant on property is currently under renovations.It will be back open this spring with breakfast again along with lunch and dinner. As for the sunken mattress we will let housekeeping and maintenance know. Again our apologies for this experience.

Staff was quiet accommodating. Room was very clean with small added touches like mints, cookies and coffee. Casino within facility was good. Nice to see pool and hot tub available for guests on this wintry night.

The hotel was everything we expected and more. The room was very comfortable. Checkin was easy and the staff was very friendly. Our lab was welcome and there was plenty of parking. The cookies, water and mints were a nice addition to the room.

Its good place to stay, there breakfast was in a bag and sandwich you had heat ip in a microwave not the continental breakfast as offered on website.

The beds are very comfortable with good sheets! The showers are nice too. Pool and hot tub oooked very appealing, but didn't get a chance to use this trip.

The staff was super friendly and the property was pretty clean. The only complaint that we had was that the beds need to be upgraded. The hotel was really fun with the pool and the set-up. We really enjoyed our stay.

Faucet was broken, sheets were not clean, garbage behind night stand, TV didn’t work, we’re renovating kitchen and not informed when booking room, fridge froze food. Will never stay there again. Owner was supposed to call me back as he was not there during checkout. He never called despite leaving 2 messages.

I felt the rooms were clean and comfortable. Since our room was in the hotel that wasnt part of the casino parking was convenient. I felt there can be a better breakfast option. The coffee was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
