No microwave oven or frig in the rooms. No carpet in the rooms. Pillows on the bed are very hard. You have to straddle the toilet to open and close the bathroom door because the shower/bathroom is so small. The general condition of the bathroom was worn. Staff did not replace our towels the first night and asked us if we needed anything the next day. We were woken by false fire alarms on two of the days there.

My apologies that you were awakened by the fire alarm and also that you the towels in your room were not replaced. The rubber mattress cover was hideous! Could not sleep on it. The breakfast was minimal, but the staff was pleasant.

Staff and room were excellent for the price. Even for a free breakfast it was pretty weak. Choice of 2 cereals, mini donuts that were stale, bread that was hard, and a toaster that only toasted one side.

We had to go buy cleaning stuff and clean our own room, had to be moved 3 times due to flees and the last room I had to San size so I paid for a suite and got a normal double room

I am sorry you had a problem with staying at our Inn. We are pet friendly and it is possible there could have been fleas in the room. We had the maintenance man check the rooms and he did not find any. However; we did have the room sprayed to be on the safe side. Sincerely,

Had reserved an accessible room and had confirmed that the day before. When I got there on Saturday, they didn't have an accessible room available. Staff worked with me to get a room where I could use the shower and found me a shower chair. I was very comfortable for the rest of the stay.

Nothing worked

The tv was not working in our first room so they moved us to another. The tv worked but we could only get one channel. At breakfast, the 4 slice toaster only had one slice out of the 4 working, so I just ate my bagels cold.

The hotel is in good condition and located in the middle of everything yet it was quiet at night.
